    tips on a picky eater?
So on my list of rescues I now add a leo....We have a little leo girl and she is the pickiest thing ever.. she hates her food dusted and she isnt very interested in eating that I have seen so far... I am also the obsessive worrier of the family so any suggestions on when I should worry about her or how much to expect her to be eating and how often.. she is only about 4 inches long total so she is this tiny little thing.

any advice or input or suggestions are welcome:)

Try giving her wax worms or pheonix worms, trust me she'll got to town on them

How long have you had her? She may just still be settling in. What are you offering her? Maybe she just doesn't like what's on the menu ;)
Leave a tiny bowl of mealies in her tank and see if she nibbles at them overnight, maybe she prefers crickets...it may take a bit to figure out what she does like, they can be picky!

I have offered her dusted and non dusted crickets at night when she is more active and meal worms.. they escaped the feeding bowl and were so much fun to catch the next morning.. I have had her a little under a week and she has only eaten maybe 3 crickets.. and I am one of those herp moms that worries lol. I am going to go hunt down wax and/or phoenix worms and get some more crickets since she at least ate a few of those, today..

I am going to offer them to her undusted and work on gut-loading them for the subsequent feedings because she hasnt touched anything dusted AT ALL!!

    Yay!
Sounds like she just needed some settling in time. Now just keep that bowl filled... :)
