    Yes absolutely.

Just think of all the ball pythons that survive years of neglect with minimal heat in 40 gallon breeder tanks. These guys thrive with specific environmental conditions, but they are still quite hardy and able to handle a few days without a 90 degree hot spot. Heck, I know I'm not the only one who has seen snakes spend a week or more at a time at the cool end of the tank.

Low to mid 80s are great temperatures to have during a power outage, your snakes will be perfectly happy. 75 and up is still good for two days.

    Good luck with the storm.

^x3. They should be fine, as long as you don't feed them before then. The only reason they need a basking spot is for digestion.

I came back from a week long trip to San Diego my place was around 92 F, the AC broke. Everything was fine, even my crested geckos and they shouldn't be exposed to over 85 F for very long at all.

I second the don't feed them at 80 it is questionable about digestion and having food in in the belly not digesting might haunt you later on.
