    Snakes lay "flat"
    Hey all,

Two years ago I bred my female Pastel to my male Spider. She gave me 9 good looking eggs with great odds on the Bumblebees. Anyways, she went back on feed a few weeks later and has been eating very well ever since. But she does look and feel a little "flat" instead of "round". She seems to be more chubby rather than muscular. I am wondering if this is a dehydration problem as my male Spider is showing the same signs. Their poo and pee look normal to me. I do feed them approperiate size meals once a week. They are on f/t which I soak in warm water before feeding so they are getting water intake from the rats. Any ideas would be helpful.

    TIA,

    Trevor

Some snakes just lay flat. I've had a few.

Thanks for the responses guys. Makes me feel better that this is normal. I was hoping that they would more meaty and muscular rather than "chubby". But they are healthy and doing fine.

Any other opinions are welcomed. Thanks again.
