I have fed a few of mine during shedding, just keep an eye on them as they cannot see very well when their eyes are blued. Some will feed others won't no harm in offering as long as you keep an eye out.

Most of mine eat in shed. They seem to be able to "see" the prey just fine. Their eyes may be slightly affected, but the nerves of their labial heat pits feed into the same parts of the brain as their optic nerves do. Mine are just as accurate with their strikes when they're in blue as when they're freshly shed.

They may not take it but offer it anyway.

As long as the eyes aren't too clouded I'd go for it...as long as you're feeding with tongs (just hold in front of 'em), or f/t (not sure how I'd feel about a critter runnin around the tank with a half-blind, lethargic snake...mine was during shed).

I'm by no means an expert but mine happily took a larger than normal prey mid-shed, and that was his first with me.
