    good online reptile stores?
im gonna be adopting my friends younger brothers kingsnake soon and before i do i want to have some necessary materials for quarantining like p.a.m.

i can only find this stuff at specialty shops 50+miles away from me and a can is $50 and gas is rediculous these days especially when your on a budget and dont own your own vehicle anymore.

soooo does anyone know of an online source i could get my hands on a can without paying nearly $100 to obtain?

Yeah, get PAM directly from ProProducts like Matt said. Even with shipping, it's MUCH cheaper. LLLReptiles is good, but you can get PAM from the ProProducts (the manufacturer) for $15.

And I like Reptile Basics for most other basic supplies. They have great UTHs, hides, and thermostats. :gj:

Does PAM expire? I might buy a can 'cause it's on sale for future use.

Generally, no. I wouldn't keep a can for YEARS, but it should last a good long time. I keep a can in my cupboard for those 'just in case' moments too....

I heard somewhere that it has a shelf life of 7 years. Don't quote me on that though.

I've bought PAM two times. Once from Pro Products, the other time at a show from ARS.

For husbandry needs - I prefer Reptile Basics. Rich is a great guy and prompt with his transactions!
