Eggs re-inflating. From Dimpled to plump.
Im pretty sure I've seen this question asked somewhere before. But I cant remember If anything got said about it.

Ive got a clutch of eggs at about day 45. I checked on them just now and noticed they were dimpled for the first time. As I was inspecting them, I noticed they where losing the dimpled effect... it started plumping up. All of them!

Does anyone know what causes this?

I will try to get a video next time I open the container and they are dimpled. Ill record right away. It only took about a minute or so. I watched them fully inflate.

Here's a shot in the dark but do you have a fan in your incubator? Is your incubator sealed off? I don't know but I'm thinking maybe your incubator is building pressure? Also, I've seen this happen with sudden changes in temperature. Can you post pics of the incubator? Also, maybe once you have the video up it will become more apparent.

Yes there is a cpu fan running very low inside of the incubator. The incubator is a DIY cooler incubator. There was no real sudden temp change, The eggs are at 88-89 and the room it happened it was about 80ish.

Ill try to get a video later today.
