Legless Lizard Enclosure update

I finally got the parts together to work on Logos' terrarium. Basically, it's a 30 gal tank with a quarter inch of pebbles/fish tank gravel for drainage with about 5 inches of eco earth. I currently have planted three cedar trees, a mimosa tree, a fern (possibly dead, not sure), and box wood (probably dead). I'm planning on turning the trees into mini bonsais. Gives me something nice to look at when Logos hibernates.

So say the least, he seems to enjoy the added space.

ive heard around this site that you shouldnt have herps on ceder or pine because of toxic fumes, apparently it cause problems in alot of herps, im not positive that having a planted ceder in there would do the same thing but i imagine it would, nice lizard though:gj:

No, it wouldn't. You're talking about the oils in the wood. A planted tree wouldn't cause this issue. On that note, it isn't a cedar tree, it's a spruce.
