Difference between the two?

I've seen lately what some people are calling carmels so what's the difference between a het Carmel and het Carmel albino? Do some people call Carmel albinos "Carmel" and if there is a difference would a het Carmel genes go together with a Carmel albino?

Yes it's just people shortening the name the same way as some people call lesser platinums "lessers"
