Scars on her belly...?

Okay so my significant other just got his first BP, he got him from someone who was tired of having to live feed him. Hes about 2 ft, maybe a bit more, and we haven't weighed him yet. (We got home pretty late.) But when we were looking him over, his under belly is just riddled with what looks like scars. We have no idea what it is. From other threads it sounds like a burn scar, but some of the holes, though healed, seem pretty deep into the tissue. The scar starts about 4 inches down his body and goes to a couple inches before the end of his tail. Of course we'll be taking him the the herp vet, but i thought i'd confront here to maybe calm the nerves before we can get to the vets.

All of it is very much so healed up, but still...

you dont really need to see the vet for that its a bit of wasted money unless they are open wounds or hes not eating. or if you just really want to see the vet
its a burn got a rescue that has the same burn probably from a heat rock the only thing that can be done is keep the cage SPOTLESS and dry to prevent infection or scale rot.
you can put NON-PAINKILLER ointment on the burns but its not completely necessary.give it a cupple of sheds and the scar should begin to start get better.
its been 8 months with my rescue and the scar is still there but its really beginning to really disappear
but anyway good luck and he will get better

First off I'm glad you took him in, at least now he won't be neglected.
Not sure if it's a burn or scale rot, or both, your pics are not clear enough, but either way

1. Remove all substrate, and use paper towels or newspaper.
2. Daily 20 minute soaks, in a betadine solution.
3. Apply silvadene burn cream to affected areas daily.
4. Check & clean enclosure as needed to remove fecal matter & urine/urates.

Is there any drainage or smell to the wounds?
