    Is this a fire?

Considering a possible trade.. one of my mojave males for this fire male. I'm not all that familiar with the fire morph, though, and need a little help. Is this a fire and is a fire for a mojo a fair trade?

    Yes. Very nicely-colored one too.

It's got great contrast, but I like my fire's with more blushing than that.

It has the fire faded head depending on the size of the female you are trading, you might not get hurt by the trade, or you might get hosed. If they were similar size and age, I say go for it. But if your girl is much bigger than him, I'd pass. I saw a killer fire male of breeding size at my local fair yesterday for $400, if that helps you.

Sure looks like one to me, could be better pictures though. I love the color on it nonetheless.

I saw young fire males this past spring for $200 and slightly higher at last fall's Tinley.. they don't command much of a price these days apparently.

I think it is not just a fire, but a very nice one. I like the high yellow fires like that. And I think it is a good deal. Not sure of market value in your neighbourhood, but for a mojave... I think you are getting the better deal, at least here you would be.
