    Breeding fremales after they lay
    how soon after a female lays her egss can you put her back in your breeding program?i picked up some breeder females normals and there all in perfect health and weight.how soon after they lay can you put them back to breeding after they start eat.

    My snakes typically lay in May, June and July and then go back to breeding in late September.

    ive seen people say three months. but i would make sure weight was good before starting.

    If you just picked them up, then no matter their body condition, I wouldn't put them into the breeding rotation until they complete a 60 day quarantine.

    If they're not ready, they won't produce eggs for you.

    Quarantine them and feed them up, then try them in a few months.

    yeah thats what im doing just wanted some insite on soon after laying they can breed.
