Looking for feeding advice

I've had my pyb for a little over 4 months now and she's only 87g more than when I got her (and she hasn't pooped in 2-3 weeks). She was 340g as of yesterday and I feed her today. She won't take anything bigger than a rat pup or take multiple and she won't eat any sooner than every 6-7 days. She ended a 2 month hunger strike about a month ago.

All of my other 2010s are taking weaned rats or small rats. Should I wait her out until she starts taking something bigger or just let her keep eating a rat pup every week? I'm glad she's eating, I really am, but 87g weight gain over 4 months isn't much. :(
