    What's wrong with her?
I am asking this for a friend.

He cares about his ball python alot. He told me there is one female when she take a poo, she will open mouth wide and make some noise, like RI kind of noise but just when she poo.

Is this Normal? Something wrong with her?

    Thanks.

    He is very worried.

This could possibly be gas or maybe even due to parasites. I would have your friend take the snake to a vet. Do you have any idea what temperatures he keeps the snake at? Does he keep her in a tub or a tank?

Maybe she is kinda relieved its finally out? :D Like we can go: aaah, that was necessary! :P

But: I really don't know, is there something strange with the faeces to? or is it normal poo? could take a sample to the vet..
Is she eating? Does she make the RI noises on other moments to?
Personally i wouldn't worry about that unless one of the above isn't like it should be....

How long has he had the snake?
    What is his husbandry like?
Some snakes do that when they poo, or thrash around, if everything is spot on, no worries.
It is recommended to have a fecal done yearly, to check for parasites.

    Its Gas and Normal.

My proven breeder females do this only. My virgin females and males do not do it at all. Usually it happens few times a year and goes back normal. My females havent dont it yet this year but im sure itll happen.
