    2.1 a breeding trio???
I went to my local pet store because I just need to pick up some Cricket Gut-Load for the mealworms I'm feeding my leopard geckos and I of course had to check out the reptile section. This pet store isn't the worst, but I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Anyways, there were selling a breeding trio of fat tail geckos, but it was a 2.1 trio (2 male and 1 female). When would you ever consider 2.1 to be a breeding trio?

Nope it was clearly marked "Breeding trio, 2 males 1 female". I had to stop and look at it several times just to make sure I wasn't seeing things.

I would have taken a picture, but I forgot my cell phone in the car.

Maybe they are trying to sell to the alternative hobbyist...

I'm surprised the males aren't fighting already. Unless they are little babies under 3 months males just shouldn't be together. EVER. I'm sure if you took the trio out you'll find that the boys probably fight with each other and have a couple scars.

I wouldn't be surprised if the males were fighting, but they were all sleeping under a half log hide. They looked pretty big, and I actually think one of them might have been a leopard gecko, but I couldn't get a good look at him. His head was solid white and he seemed a little bigger than the others. I don't know enough about fat tail morphs to know if there is a solid white one, but if there is I'm sure it's worth more than the $300 they were asking for the whole trio.
