I'm never that good at naming animals, lol. All BPs I get are given characters' names from the show BONES. My Black Hooded female rats are Lucy & Ethel. My Agouti female rats are Thelma & Louise. And my Milks are Jekyll & Hyde. Apparently I'm not very original, lmao. Good luck!

Well here's how we named ours:

My daughter loves Peter Pan so she named her normal BP after one of the Lost Boys...Nibs
I am a Star Wars fan so I named my pastel with orange coloring on him after one of the Clone Wars Commanders that has orange on him...Cody (it's Commander Cody on the show but that's too big of a name)
My wife is an Elvis fan so she named her pinstripe after something Elvis related...Memphis

Pick something you like (other than BPs of course) and use that as your motivation.

My rats actually come when I call them and I've trained them to sit and stay. It was easier than training my puppy but she's got a few screws loose lol.

I name all my snakes after Greek god and heroes .

Yup! Same with our rats. People don't realize how intelligent they are. With a little work they are every bit as intelligent as a dog and every bit as stubborn as a cat.

We don't really name our snakes either. We usually just call them by a distinguishing feature. For instance:

One Eye - She had an injured eye when we got her.
Clear Belly - She has an amazing clear belly.
Fat*** - 3,300g ball, nuff said...

Than again, we have close to 40 snakes at the moment, so its easier just to go by thier morphs, gender or tub numbers.

    I know, I'm a lot of help... :(
