My favorite will always be my first, Julius. He's normal and completely useless for my hobby breeding plans, but I love him to pieces  ...I just don't tell any of them they are my favorite ;)

No Guilt. I like my Normal best. He may not be the best looking or the most desirable, but he is what got me into Pythons and he also has the best temperment of them all.

I have my favorites, and I could tell you in what order I would sell off my collection if I had to too. There is nothing wrong with having favorites, they don't care.

Mine will always be the first one I had. He has helped me learn so much and appreciate the snakes more and more everyday. as far as guilt the others i have are brand new... no guilt to feel there.

My favorite is and probably always be Minnie the Mean Snake. It took months of handling, but she went from being a miserable little witch that struck at everything to a snake that first timers can handle. She still hisses at me on occasion, but she also sits motionless in my lap and lets me stroke her head. She's only a het and nothing much to look at but if I could only keep one, she would be that one.
I don't feel guilty in the least about having a favorite.
