helix sit and vison racks

i ordered a helix thermostat from the actual helix store and never got an email back saying they will be shipping it and i ordered 64 tubs from vision racks and didnt receive an email saying they were going to ship it, has anyone else had trouble with these two. thankss

i would call them and confirm the orders as well as check with your bank about the charges....

I ordered my vision tubs from lllreptiles and they have some deal with vision. When I get my tubs they have vision address on box. I got mine within 7-10 days from start to finish.:)

Did you get an awesome price going direct with Helix?? I know you can also purchase the Helix from Rich at Reptile Basics - he has awesome customer sesrvice also.
