    Het Pied Marker??
Are these het pied markers? These are two snakes of mine that were sold to me as a 100% Het Pied, and a Poss. Het Pied. Please let me know if they even have the markers; i know that the markers don't 100% tell anything but i was just wondering if they had them! Thanks for your help!

This is the Poss. Het Pied Female.

This is the 100% Het Pied Female. (Again I bought these from a person not a breeder..even if this one has documents who knows if he did the switcharoo) She has good blushing or "ringer"

Yes they could be. But as you know they aren't 100%. Time will tell with breeding though.

Yes it has the "railroad tracks", and as you know it means next to nothing :)

Yes the "marker" appears on both snakes but x2 on the markers meaning next to nothing.
Complete normals can have these markers and when bred to a pied are proven to not be hets.
Did you buy them as hets or are you just hoping that they are?
Gotta just grow them up and prove them out! :P

I got one with papers saying its 100% het and the other is a 50% Poss. But both are around 1400 grams so i will find out this up coming season!

If it was a reputable breeder than I would go by their word more than the markers IMO.
Hopefully this coming season you will hatch some pieds.

The thing is.. If you breed them and don't get any visual pieds, but if you do get normals with "markers", then I would save my money to buy a visual pied male to breed that female to and try again next season.

It's common to not get any visuals on a het to het breeding even if both parents are 100% het. Even if you don't get any visuals thus season and you don't breed her to an actual pied next season, just try again with these 2 next season.

Then again, if they do give you visual pieds, then any normals in the clutch will still be considered only 66% possible hets while the parents will be proven 100% hets.
