    When to breed again?
I had several females that bred this season, but did not take. I know for sure at least two produced follicles and then reabsorbed them. My question is; do I have to wait a full year before trying to breed them again? I know they do not double-clutch, so generally how long until the females are able/willing to produce follicles and breed again. I'm mostly concerned with not rushing them into breeding when they are not able to. I am sure part of this is dependent on each female, but a ballpark estimate would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have a couple girls that didn't take this year. They will be starting the new season in October.

If they did or didn't go by now then feed them up and start all over again in Oct. :gj:
I have a few that won't lay until September and won't get re-bred till January or February.
