Can't Stand When People Dont Respond!

Why post something for sale on Craigslist if your not gonna respond to my email when I want to buy what your selling!!!

The item may have already been sold, and they didn't puul their add. Happens all the time.
Or they haven't checked their email yet

Well they should pull their add or send an email saying thanks but its sold...

It's Craigslist - what do you expect? It's not a hotbed of professional people posting there.

I wish this problem was only with Craigslist sellers. Unfortunately, there are breeders/sellers out there (no names but you know who they are!) who are notorious for poor communication and lack of business skills. It's frustrating! Just last month, I gave up on a purchase and walked away from the deal because of this problem. My money went to a different breeder instead.

One time I posted that I was rehoming about 20 or so breeding guppies. They were free.

I got about 60 responses in a half hour, no way was I going to write back to every single one. I took the ad down immediately though. The first person who emailed me got the guppies.

In retrospect I should have asked for a measly $5 or $10, and I would have had fewer inquiries.

Is not Only Craigslist problem.. I have no responses on Kingsnake or Fauna as well... Cant understand lack of response on kingsnake... where you need to pay to put add...:confused:

It's an issue rampant in ALL venues of private sales. I can't say how many homeowners I have contacted through their own advertisements to rent or potentially buy their HOUSE...and receive no response either to e-mails sent or phone messages left. It's not just craigslist...not just reptiles...it's just the way things are everywhere.

Hey Shawn are you specifically speaking of the Butter female on CL? just curious :confused:
