    paypal is so fustrating help!?
so i sent 200 bucks to a the wrong e-mail so i cancelled it. but it still says -200 on my history gross. now im trying to re-send the money but this pops up!Sorry, your payment won't go through. To make it work, you'll need to add money to your account and pay with your PayPal balance. so did paypal just take my money??

It probably takes some time to reappear. You could always call them to see.

Another Paypal issue.. do You guys (Americans), also pay a 4% fee for sending money? That's how it works in EU. I almost had a heart attack, when I found out, that I paid around 60$ IN FEE, just to buy one snake!! Someone is making A LOT OF MONEY somewhere!

Thats PP, take your money fast and give you credit slow. No different than CC companies and the fees they charge.

"do You guys (Americans), also pay a 4% fee for sending"

They charged you to send Money? I have never had that happen but then again I do not put anything past PP. The receiver usually gets dinged with the almost 4% fee just like a store who takes credit cards.

Well they didn't charge me, but the seller, but I gave the seller the money they charged him. It was 51€, which for me is a lot of money.

Sometimes people also pay my Paypal fee, when I sell reptiles. But I try to use Paypal as little as possible.

Paypal takes 3% from the seller unless you send it as a gift, then it's 1.5 % ;)

I had issues with paypal when getting my little lesser girl earlier this year. Just give them a call and hopefully they will be able to rectify it on the spot.

sticky ravioli, your money should reappear, but it is going to take a while. Patience. It sucks, but they already sent that money on at this point so they have to reverse it.
