Has anyone bought ball pythons from Kingsnake.com?

So, has anyone bought any from them and are they reliable?

The site reliable, you can looked up on the boi on fauna for certain sellers reputation

Go to the BOI - Board of Inquiry section to search about specific sellers. Kingsnake.com does not rate or regulate the people selling on their page. The majority are good people but it never hurts to check on the BOI.

When you buy a snake from an ad on Kingsnake, you're not buying from Kingsnake. Those are classified ads and you're buying from an individual. Like Simple Man said, you can check out the individuals on Fauna. If they haven't gotten any comments there you can ask about them in a BOI inquiry thread.

I just bought a ball python from someone on kingnsake. I checked the BOI first though.

To recap what other people have already told you.

Kingsnake is like the classified ads in your local paper - only for exotic pets. You are not buying anything from Kingsnake. You are buying from people who advertise there.

Reliability varies from seller to seller. You can go to the Fauna Classifieds Board of Inquiry and search the seller's name. That will give you an indication on whether they are reliable or not.

I have bought many many of my balls off of ks. Like others have said it's an individual selling them not the classified ad system. Always always do a boi Check and just In case always back yourself with email conversations, just in case something happens you'll have emails to prove the situation. I've had to use the boi before and I'm quite happy with the way it turned out. But they will demand that no accusations are made without proof. So keep yourself safe. Keep everything until the deal is completed and your satisfied with your purchase.
