What does it mean when someone is selling a ball python and it says Pinstripe 4.0 or 0.1?

4.0 means they have 4 males and no females. 0.1 is no males one female.

1st number is males
2nd number is females
3rd number (if there is a third number) is unknown. If there is no third number, then there are no unknowns.

2.0.4 = 2 males, no known females, and 4 animals of unknown sex. Often there is not a thrid number because all of the animals have been sexed.
