    Consistent Live Feeder....
I have one female that started out on live - ate every time and then I switched her to f/t and started having refusals - I put her back on live and she hasn't missed a meal.

My question is - should I be compelled to get her back on f/t or is it perfectly fine for a snake to be fed live all the time. I understand the need to supervise feedings and such but was just wondering what you all thought.

    Thanks

I prefer F/T but if they tend to refuse perhaps live is the way to go. they both have their advantages but it comes down to whether it works or not.

Great - thanks for the responses. She eats so good for me each week - I hate to rock the boat.

So let me ask you this - if you have a snake that has pretty much always eaten f/t for you but has now stopped (for whatever reason) how many feedings to do you let go buy before you offer maybe a live prey to get her going again?? Just curious - I don't want to screw anything up with my f/t eater but lately she just wont eat

    Thanks
