Feeding Weight VS "Size"

So, I've seen a lot of people say that they feed their adults "small rats." Yet I also hear some say "medium" and even some feed their big BPs "large."

So, the feeders at the Petstore are "small" and are about 75g on average. I even see that online FT store have different size and weight definitions.

So what do you guys consider "small", "medium", and "large"?

And one more so just to make things even. :)

These are the sizes I usually refer to.
Pinkies 1-4 days old Not forming a coat yet. "Pink" in color at this age.
Fuzzies 10-13 days old May have started to develop a slight coat of peach fuzz.Eyes are not yet open.
Pups 14 to 18 days of age. Eyes still not open.
Weaned 21 to 25 days of age. These rats are eating and drinking on their own. They have reached the stage when it is time to be "weaned" from their mother.
Small 26 to 32 days of age.
Medium 33 to 42 days of age.
Large 43 to 60 days of age. These rats have reached sexual maturity.
X Large These rats have reached their full adult size.
XX Large These rats have also reached their full adult size but are retired breeders therefore some may have a higher body fat content than our extra large rats.
XXX Large As big as they get! These rats have also reached their full adult size but are retired breeders therefore some may have a higher body fat content than both our extra large and double extra large rats.

this is the one bigg problem that ive encountered with snakes no one and i really mean no one has the same names or sizes a hopper is a fuzzy is a pinkie so im starting to get my own colony going so that if i need a paticular size i know its the right size but i go with smalls as 3weeks 4 at most med 5 to 7 weeks jumbo ive havent used but that would be breedable size i think

I always go by weight. It means my order changes depending on who Im buying from, but I get what Im expecting/need.

I go by weights as well.

It seems everyone has different ideas if I ask by size. One supplier's small rats may be twice the size of another's smalls.

If I stick to weights, everyone can give me what I need, regardless of what they call it.

For me, " weaned" rats weigh between 30 and 40 grams. "Small" rats go between 50 and 75 grams. "Medium" rats, and I only have one female who eats them, go between 125 and 175 grams.

So all that said, what is the biggest weight prey item you would feed to your biggest BP?

All my medium size girls get small rats (75g). My monster pastel I used to feed mediums (125g) but no one around here has them anymore so I am stuck with smalls.

I've read that the prey should weigh around 10-15% of what the snake weighs. although mine just ate today and it was closer to 20%

pinkies - $0.75 each - 3-9g
fuzzies - $1.00 each - 10-19g
hoppers - $1.50 each - 20-29g
weanlings - $2.00 each - 30-49g
small - $2.50 each - 50-84g
medium - $3.50 each - 85-149g
large - $4.50 each - 150-224g
jumbo - $5.50 each - 225-324g
super jumbo - $6.50 each - 325g+

from my supplier. I go by weight 10% or so is what I generally feed, all of them but my butt eater, he gets 5% twice as often as he is not able to swallow 10% backwards.

280-420g would be the size of the I would need to feed my 2800g female.
Do I feed her rodents that size, of course not! :), max rodent weight for my big ones is about 120g
