    awww so cute, what substrate do you have her in? I have my boy on papertowel but wonder if he may be happier in something like that.

    I have her on Cypress mulch. She LOVES the cypress as she burrows in it and she feels super secure. The cypress lets her burrow which mimics how a borneo / blood hides in the wild as an ambush predator with only her snout and eyes sticking out. I keep it slightly damp to the touch. Not wet, just a little damp. If you use cypress DO NOT BUY A BLEND...the blended cypress may contain cedar which is TOXIC to reptiles....if it says cypress blend....don't use it. I am also gonna try Aspen as I was told by a very famous blood / borneo keeper she keeps her pythons on course grase aspen and they do very well on it.

    I know that my girl seems 100x happier since I switched to cypress from newspaper. Sorry for the long winded reply, I get that way...lol!
