If you called the police and they never showed, you need to call them again. That is unacceptable someone came onto your property and stole your animals, even if it is just feeders.

For the first time I realize I'm glad I live in a state where I could shoot someone for breaking into my place.

I would definitely call them again.

well right after i wrote that things above i went looking for the security guard that some times is at the gated community im in and on my way back the cops were right behind me and yeah i talked to them. and they said becasue the rats were of a little value that they cant do much about it. and if they ever cought him that all they would get is a oh dam i fogot what they said they would get but all i know is not a serios charge.

Well some people say "If the mountain dont come to you,you must go to the moutnain" (i think its like that),ill go to the cops office, cuz it isnt about the value,THEY ENTERED AND STEAL YOUR PETS!!!!!So if they cant do nothing with the steal thing, theyll have to do soimething cuz they invaded youre property.i think right?

Only a handful of my closest friends and family know about my setup. I don't meet or show anyone my house or operation. Unfortunately some people want what you have and they don't want to work for it. I also carry concealed and have home defense weapons. I'd be alerted to a cricket farting in my house thanks to my dog and I'd take over from there. I'm sorry to hear they blew you off but sometimes the best route is taking care of your own and making sure that you don't tell people about what you have in the first place. You know they are coming for you snakes from the sounds of it. I'd be proactive and figure something out so you don't have to post about how they stole those. Sucks to hear about, good luck! Just my 2 pennies....

    Regards,

And who's to say what the value of the rats were! What if they were show rats?
And you live in a gated community, and have a problem with break ins?!

I suggest a guard dog, preferably an 80lb pit bull, whoever it is deserves to have his butt chewed up. Just be sure to post guard dog signs

If you start filing reports of theft, something will get done. I hope you filed a report
