    help determine
    Hello,

I see so many different morphs that she looks a lil bit like them all :rolleye2:haha.

I have narrowed it to a mystic, mojave, or a fire... I really find the similarities in the mystic :gj:. Please let me know your opinions. She is 3 weeks old.

I say normal too.. Why do we say that and how do we know? Well because it is very obvious that it is not a mojave or fire, and a mystic, or phantom, which are harder to tell to the untrained eye, are rather expensive morphs.

There are not many people producing mystics and phantoms yet. Unless you paid at least $1000 - $1200 for that snake. It is just a normal. No one would sell you a mystic for any less.

It looks like a nice normal with some clear windows. Unless you specifically know that it's not (if you do, you should know what it IS), then I would absolutely call it a normal. Of course, it could be het for something--but hets generally look exactly like normals, which is why they are sold with paperwork to verify their genetics.

Various morphs have what are called 'markers'...specific parts of their pattern that can be used to identify them. For example, yellowbellies have a checkerboard of black and white lining the edges of their belly, they have a yellowish wash on the sides of their belly, and they have flames that come up strongly.

Mojaves are significantly different from normals in color--your snake has completely normal coloration.

Fires hatch out a high gold color, and lighten as they age. Your snake is brown.

I'm not as familiar with Mystics, but they have markers, too, and their coloring is off from normal.
