my het pied wont breed well?

so i took a couple of my bps to the local reptile store for them to check out. an employee was checing out my het pied male whos still a bit small. he popped him and told me he didnt think my het pied was going to be a good breeder, because he thought his penes were too small.... what does everyone think about this? i know some will breed better than others... but will he not breed well at all??? thanks..

I think you shouldn't let that employee handle your snake.

Well felines have very small penises about a 1/4 inch long, they don't seem to have any issues.
