    the final setup!
finally, hundred of dollars in the making, i have finished what could be, my final setup for my pastel. what do you guys think?

Some specifics and changed since this pic, there is now another acurite thermometer on the left (cold) side, just got it today, to monitor cold side temps. This is a 29gallon tank.

Have a ultratherm UTH attached to that herpstat, yes it reads 94 and change but thats the temp needed to get the UTH at 92.x, so sayd my PE 2, also a 36 inch long plexi glass sits on top of the tank to keep humidity in (does the job very well).

Oh and also, that lamp on the left throwing out that bright blue light, thats just there for show purposes, the infrared bulb alone does not show all the decorations good, so i put that up for picture purposes only, as of now i dont have that blue light up, just the infrared on the hot side... Also got the infrared bulb on the dimmer, since its summertime.....

    thanks
its not that big, its basically a 20 long but with a bit of height to it. I was angre, cuz in the reptile expo glass aquariums was not there for that show, they were there for the last show, which is where i purchased my last tank, so i had to go to petland to buy 29g tank, but everything else i bought in the expo. I still have a bunch of vines and leaves and moss that i have not used yet. I guess i bought too much stuff, i might incorporate moss later on into the setup......

to my surprise, he just did his inital explore for about 10 minutes, went right into his cold hide, half hour later i take a look he jumps into his hot side hide, later on the day at night back in the cold side, with his head sticking out. Thats it, that was day one, after that he is back to normal, just like he was in his old enclosure, i never see him. Hes in his cold side hide alllll day long.
