Has anyone ordered from ReptileBasics?

Another happy customer here. I've bought hides, UTH, water bowls, a snake hook... Never disappointed with their service, prices, or products.

love the products and service. My only recommendation is not to be dumb like me and order 2 day shipping right before the weekend, because it obviously will not get there in 2 days. I asked about it and tried to get some shipping fees returned, but in the end it was my fault so I was stuck paying the extra shipping charges with shipping that took as long as it would have had it been regular ground shipped.

other than that i've only had great experiences and I never made the mistake again.
