    snake wont eat
So I have a 2009 ball python and its been fed live mice from is first owner. And because this is my first ball python and I dont want to feed it live due to the risks, I'm trying to make it convert. However, first time he bit at it but didnt eat it. Any tips on how to make my snake eat f/t mice.

Make sure the rodent is thawed, then warm it up with the blow dryer, then try the zombie dance.

this is one of those posts where your search bar is your friend.
A topic as beat into the dirt at this one you may want to search it for the site yourself to get the most help. But heres a link to thread that has A LOT of useful advice!

I'm looking for a video I saw on YouTube a while back on how to do this. Basically you just introduce elements of f/t feeding to feeding live. What I can remember is a big part was feeding live mice but using tongs, so that the snake will get used to the tongs. Then you eventually switch to a p/k or f/t mouse on the tongs, and pull a fast one on your snake :P I'll keep searching for the video and I'll post it if I find it.
