Feeding question

I currently have 2 ball pythons. Roughly 3 months old. I do not have weights on them. But I recently switched them from live mice to f/t mice. I now want to switch them to rats. I've read they are a little healthier for them. My question is should I feed them rat pups or weanlings?? Thank you for your input.

Start with fuzies at that age. As they get bigger you can move them up to pups.
