Anyone have a reduced Patterned Ball like this?
This is my wife's one and only Ball, she named it the Amoeba Ball because of the pattern looking like an Amoeba. I just got 5 eggs from her. I love the pattern, she is a huge female that is an eating machine. These pics are old, she is about 2000 grams bigger now, but the pattern has not changed, and these are the only pics I have of her. Anyone have a Ball like her or think she might be genetic?

I love reduced patterns!! She looks great! I have one that is reduced, but yours is moreso..

As for genetic.. the ONLY way to know.. is to breed her :D No visual traits can "tell" if a snake will be genetic..

    keep us posted!!!

Just gorgeous. THAT is an outstanding pattern :D

Bruce Delles had some genetic bandeds that look a lot like her, and while I'd put my money on her just being reduced patterned, I'd say she's definitely worth adding to a breeding program. Even if she doesn't carry any particular single-allele trait that causes her cool pattern, IN GENERAL patterns tend to be able to influence offspring. Pair her with a nice reduced patterned lesser or other color morph and be ready for great results.

She's definitely a very good looking snake! As was said, the only way to tell if it's genetic is if the babies carry the same trait, so you'll just have to wait and see! :D I love reduced patterns, it's so cool looking!
