Where do you buy your flexwatt heat tape?

Im looking for heat tape for my rack and ive found it for 2.15/ft and i need 12' just wondering if im getting the best deal. SO FAR i havent found it any cheaper. I found it at The Bean Farm.

recomendations on where to buy the tape and accesories, including temp control?
