    Feeding Phrynosoma cornutum in captivity?
I was wondering if it was possible to feed Phrynosoma cornutum or any horned lizard crickets but to crush folic acid pills and dust the crickets as you would with calcium powder? i have heard this works to substitute for ants but I want to see what you guys think.

    AJs Snake House
We came to own a short horned lizard back in '04 and fed her tubes of ants we purchased on the internet and stored in the fridge, along with dusted crickets and mealworms. She ended up giving live birth to three wee babies (they could fit on a dime)

I'm not qualified to answer your question, but I certainly have never heard of such a thing.

If you are in need of food, just order ants online.
