I went with free forums for my site. But I do have an option to pay an annual fee for my own custom URL, which I did, and I have tech support plus a way to recover the site if something happens to it.

We buy all our domains through GoDaddy.com and host elsewhere for around $7 a month for unlimited domains.

Check out ixwebhosting.com. $4 a month and you get one free domain name a year plus unlimited hosting if you have other domains.

I use Godaddy for my cabinet shop and a free one (weebly) for our custom cage business. No problem with either so far

I have Godaddy for my domain and web hosting. I have had no problems so far and their customer service is excellent.

i have two websites on godaddy and have never had issues they couldn't help me fix. Their customer service has been awesome for me and I've been using them for a few years. Even if I mess something up on my end they are happy to help me fix it lol.

I too have a website with godaddy.com. I had a small issue and called to get it straight. I thought I would go through a Comcast, Dell or Gateway type experience where I would spend a lot of time on the phone and still not get satisfaction. I was very pleasantly surprised to get great customer service.

I used their web design service and put up a simple website with no technical help and very little experience in creating websites.

www.plethoraofpythons.com is our site, if you want to check it out.

I bought all my domains through godaddy.com, and they were super cheap. I have also had web hosting from them for the past three years and have been pretty happy with their customer service, prices, etc.
