Ok, I legit just HAVE to rant

My little sister is 14.
and yet again she has taken off in the middle of the night with a guy thats prolly 20 years old.

And for the 3rd time she is being listed as a missing person in PA.

This sucks like UBER bad. and I havent seen/talked to ANYONE in my family except a few times here and there that they blamed my sister doing all kinds of illegal and harmful things on me.

EVEN THOUGH I DONT TALK TO OR SEE HER. :mad::mad::mad::mad:

so now Im all waitin of the state police to come rollin up and ask me all kinds of questions.



Im sorry, I just had to rant. Im so fed up with everything. I no longer consider myself a part of that family, I got out of that mess and into a great life. But whenever something goes wrong I get blamed for it. Because Im the one thats not around because Im trying to make a better life for myself.

( my spelling, grammer etc..prolly wontbe to great since Im just goin at it, so I apoligize.)

I've known a couple folks like you in my time so I know where you are coming from. I hope things look up for you soon.

Thanks, I just want to be done with this nonsense.

I did the same thing 30 years ago, except I joined the military for 6 years and never returned from whence I came.

Were moving in like 2 years hopefully.

My fiance referred to my family as cancer once....and I think thats the best way to put it.

I'm 3 years older than my sister, and when she was 14 she did similar stuff. I thank God that she turned out alright, but I can't tell you how many fights I got into because she'd get into a bad situatoin with people older than both of us, then call me and ask for help! It culminated one night with me sending a guy to hospitals with a badly split cheek, and a friend of ours getting stabbed before she realised that I was right, and she was on path to disaster...as I say, she turned out great and grew into a great young women!

I sympathize with what you're going through, just remember, if you weren't involved with anything, you're not to blame for anything. Having said that, I know first hand how hard it is to see your sister doing stupid things with people she shouldn't even be mixing with...All I can say is be strong, and keep your head up, keep fighting the good fight!!

Although I've never been blamed for a sister's behaviour (she's a lot older than me), I know how it is to not have a family.

It really sucks, but you did the best thing by moving away.

I was kind of like the Cinderella, and still am treated like complete garbage whenever there's contact.

Stay strong, and hopefully some day you'll make a perfect family yourself.

YAY! Im glad your sister came out on top of the situation :)

Yeah, Im not involved, at all. I mean at first, when I still kind of talked to them when something did happen I kind of felt at fault because my sister listened to me more than our mom. but then things got really out of hand and the school guidance counsler even started blaming me when she had a breakdown and was causing harm to herself. It sucks, but Im just going to hope things go okay. Because at this point I know shes going to end up either doing what I did ( which was dumb things, but I realized I was screwing up reallllllly bad, and just played the cards I was dealt until I could leave) Or shes going to end up like my mother and everyone else in our family ( a failure in life, and I hate to say this, but maybe even dead or hooked on some baddddd stuff)

But for now Im just going to see how it plays out, and not get involved. (again)
Im not a miracle worker. and If my mom wasnt such a terrible parent, things like this wouldnt happen. I just pray that when I have kids Im a better mother than she was.

Sorry to hear you still get treated like that :( As you know now, I know how you feel and it sucks
