    spot on head
I got this bp as a rescue. When i picked him up, the previous owner said it had just had a bad shed. Well two sheds later, he still has a spot on his head that the skin is either not shedding or is sticking. The rest of his skin shed perfectly but this spot doesnt seem to detach. I tried soaking and to no avail. Could it be scarring or what? Any suggestions?

Here are a few pics of what it looks like:

Looks to me like a few layers of stuck shed to me. Once you get past two or three layers of stuck shed, it gets harder and harder for it to shed off, so it could have just not come off with the last one either.

If you've already tried soaking, then there's a product you could try called Shed Ease (or something to that effect) by ZooMed, it might help remove that spot of stuck shed.
