Congrats on the pastel, as far as your set up, I would need a better pic (close up), my eyes are getting old, the bionic vision gone bad :P

I do see an analog type gauge, buy an accurite from hd or waly world, to measure temp & humidity.

Those lamps are going to suck up your humidity,
I would place hides at opposite ends of tank and place water dish in the middle.
Cover your lid with aluminum foils or plastic to hold in humidity.

Is that 2 snakes that I'm seeing in your tank?
It is recommended that BP's be housed seperately, unless breeding.

You might want to switch to using a heat pad instead of lamps, but you will need at least a dimmer for the heat pad.

Also, it looks like you have a normal and a pastel in there. It isn't recommend that you house 2 together, and you should quarantine new snakes. If you only have 1 in there, I'm sorry for jumping to conclusions.

The care sheet should be able to give you a few more pointers. Congrats on your new pastel.

EDIT: I would also try to find a new place for the tank. Having it by your stove is going to cause heat spikes when you cook.
