Those lamps are going to suck up your humidity,
I would place hides at opposite ends of tank and place water dish in the middle.
Cover your lid with aluminum foils or plastic to hold in humidity.

It is recommended that BP's be housed seperately, unless breeding.

You might want to switch to using a heat pad instead of lamps, but you will need at least a dimmer for the heat pad.
Also, it looks like you have a normal and a pastel in there. It isn't recommend that you house 2 together, and you should quarantine new snakes. If you only have 1 in there, I'm sorry for jumping to conclusions.
The care sheet should be able to give you a few more pointers. Congrats on your new pastel.
EDIT: I would also try to find a new place for the tank. Having it by your stove is going to cause heat spikes when you cook.
