when to upgrade to a bigger tank
hey guys. this might sound kind of stupid but i was wondering if anyone knew when i should upgrade to a bigger tank. i currently have one male pastel ball python and just bought a female cinnamon. i plan on keeping them in 10 gallon tanks separate of course, there are still what i consider babies 1month to 2 months old,. i plan on getting a rack system in the future was just curious as to how much time i have till they need a bigger enclosure. thanks

Ball pythons do not need large enclosures. In the wild they live in tight burrows.A male can live in a 20gl long its entire life and in most rack systems i think its the 28qt tubs. Now i keep my female adults in 41qt tubs in my rack system and not sure what the fish tank size would be because i prefer rack systems :gj:.It will be awhile before your babies will need a upgrade.
