    Introducing Petey
Just got him last Thurs and this is the 1st pic I've been able to get of him. He's been in his log hide almost the whole time. I guess he just a normal, I get my scales tomorrow so I can get a weight and start tracking his health.

Got him from a local pet shop. I have been debating on getting one and doing alot of research. When I saw him in the shop under bright lights, a small semi-log hide, and no humidity guage in site, I couldnt stand to see him there any longer. He had only been there a few days but that was already too long. Its almost been a week since I got him so I will attempt to feed him tomorrow.

i got my first from a petstore too. but i wouldnt again, and you shouldnt either. they dont house them properly and they charge too much. stick with breeders. good job on doing ur research, their is plenty of posts for you to read on here. start with the basics and dont jump into the breeding section right away. good luck with the feeding, if he's been hiding out all last week he should eat, if not dont worry, just leave him alone for another week and try again. for young ones i believe its best to feed every 5 days, they grow very fast. :gj:
