    - What are you feeding her?
    - What are her temps?
    - Did you spray anything in the room or near her cage lately?
    - How long have you had her?

I feed her tilapia sprinkled with vitamins and calcium, nightcrawlers, and occasionally a pinky mouse.
Her temps are on the cool side 78, on the warm side 85.
No, nothing has been sprayed near her cage.
I've had her for about a year.

I feed her those on different days just to clear up any mistakes.

What's your source for the nightcrawlers?

Has she been eating for you lately?

My only source of nightcrawlers are from a pet store.
She has been eating perfectly, never misses a feeding and doesnt even roll or look up too much when feeding.

Are you making sure you buy the unsalted, plain tilapia? I've heard of garters getting salt poisoning when salted tilapia was accidentally fed to them.

Without seeing the animal and if you can honestly rule out worms that may have ingested pesticide (or are red worms) or feeding fish containing thiaminase - all I can do is recommend you take her to see a vet.

Snakes will often roll and thrash and hold their head in weird positions when they are sick. However that sickness can run the gamut from a viral infection, a bacterial infection, exposure to temperature extremes, etc.

ASSuming everything you tell me is correct and that you are certain about her diet and temps, there is nothing I can suggest other than a trip to your vet.

Okay, thanks for all the suggestions, I'll definitely take her to the vet.
