Before I answer this I have a few questions. How much are you looking to spend? Do you have all the necessary requirements for husbandry? How much spacing do you have for housing (i.e. do you have enough space to keep a 10 foot snake)?
Remember you are going to be caring for a future snake, so it's best to meet your needs as an owner rather than everyone's opinion of what you should get.

That's a pretty open ended question... What you should ask yourself is what YOU are looking for in a snake, then come back with some more specific criteria and we can make educated recommendations...
Ribbon snakes to Reticulated Pythons, there's bound to be a snake to fit your desires...
