I have some agoutis and these rats are slightly more blue-ish brown then my agoutis.
The bellys are pure white, the male (pic #2) has a small spot of color.
Ill take some pictures later of them compared to my other colored rats.

    They're agouti. :)
Agouti come in tons of shades, but it's all agouti. I have some agouti mice (mice, not rats, but it works the same ;) ) that are more red, and some that are more black, but it's all the same gene with different other things influencing the shade. :)

really? these just seemed so much more cinnamon colored, not like the regular brown with some black hairs that some of my other agoutis have. These were not obvious agoutis to me.
Ok well Ill accept that. thanks guys!

The amount of white on an agouti effects the color of the coat, as it does on every color of rat.

    They are agouti ;)

The first picture, mama kinda looks mink. But in the second picture, she looks agouti.
She's most likely agouti....like everyone has said. HOWEVER, if your camera is like mine and the picture doesn't capture the color well at all....you could maybe find someone local that can see the rats in person.

Going to have to disagree here. The second girl really appears to be a silvered mink, the first one is hard to tell if she's silvered, but surely a mink. I have a girl that looks exactly like the silvered mink (only not high white). The silvering adds some rusted hairs as well as some silver hairs. My female is 100% mink though.

The babies really seal the deal for me thinking she's mink. I don't see any ticked hairs, they appear to be a solid color. Do remember, there are dozens of shades of mink. From light tan to a dark chocolate to coco and even greyish. :)

The babies in the first photo look clearly ticked to me?
