Enclosure Heat not right??

I have an x large heating mat on one side of the enclosure which is a Ricky's Reptile Enclosure single. I keep the hot side at 89 degrees but the cool side is about 76 degrees F. Is that too cool? if so how do i fix the problem? the ambient temp in the enclosure is 75.3F. The heat mat is on the Left side covering a little less then half of the side?

Just don't let it drop below 75, and you should be fine. Overall, it sounds good. Those ambient temps and cold side temps can be hard to maintain. Some say to use another UTH...but thats just another headache to me....I use a heat lamp on a dimmer, so it doesn't suck up too much humidity and doesn't allow things to get too hot.

Your warm side should be 92-93, cool side not under 79 ish. I keep the temp in my snake room at 80, so maintaining cool & ambient temps is easier.

I have a small reptile heat pad on the side of my tub on the cool side to keep ambient temps up in the winter time here.
