    Two mice OK?
    My four month old ball python weighs about 363 grams. According to someone on this forum, a meal should be around 15% of that, so around 55 grams. My snake is really thin, though, so to get that kind of weight, I think that would be a small rat. Since he's so small, I thought that might be too big around for him. I thought I'd try two mice for now, which are around 20-25 grams each.

    Thoughts? Is there any danger to feeding him two mice, or is there any danger to feeding him a rat even though he's slim?

    multiples are fine, if your snake will take them.

    Oh, yeah, he ate them both. He looks very content now ... :)
