I was hoping to re-home a BCI, but it did not happen. Now, I've got the desire to own one. I don't want to turn to Craigslist, and someone posted that I should support reputable breeders. Is there a place in this forum where one might find such breeders? I see the advertisements and the classifieds, but I was hoping there was a thread somewhere that that identified those who meet the quality standards. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

There should be a few threads about where people give recommendations on breeders they like.

Have a searh about and you should find some - also check out the inquieries/ recommendations forum. :gj:

You can also check the classifieds at Kingsnake.com. Alot of breeders advertise there.
Another option is to see if there are any animal or reptile rescues in your area. Most legitimate rescues make sure the animals have a clean bill of health before adopting them to new owners.

I got mine from Northeastern Exotics. Mathew Madigan sold her to me. Pleasure doing business with the man.
