sorry, another question for opinions.

so i didnt want to create a new thread but didnt know if anyone would look and answer on my last.

"?" is

its 3 weeks till hatch date.
and the container holding the eggs is air tight.
i open once a week to candle and check up.
when should i poke a couple holes in the container?

i havent read or found anything on the subject....

No. Leave it alone.

Even when they hatch, you can leave them in the tub for 1-3 days. There is enough air in there to suffice.

Here's a rule:

When in doubt, don't TOUCH.

I'm interested in knowing this as well...my clutch is due early July. I thought they could be moved to a small tub with wet paper towels as substrate after 1-3 days in the egg box? Is that correct?

Okay.

Breaking it down:

When they hatch, take them out of the box. Out of the incubator. Out completely.
(IF YOU NEED TO, you CAN leave them in the box for a few days, but you don't have to)
Don't poke any holes in your incubation tubs.
Put them in your baby rack together with a damp paper towel as substrate.
Let them shed out in the baby rack together with a damp paper towel as substrate (doesn't have to be damp, you can have it dry).
Then move them unto the baby rack individual tubs.
