West Memphis Three may finally get justice!
This is awesome and long over due. These three men have spent 20 yrs in prison, one on death row, for a crime they didn't commit. There is finally going to be a hearing this year to consider the evidence which proves they are innocent.

I've been following this for a long time. The channel -Information Discovery (ID) has a great new documentary on the case on True Crime with Aphrodite Jones. It's on comcast on demand for a short time. Look it up under history/nature, then ID. Great show if you haven't heard of this case yet. It was the worst case of injustice I've ever seen. The case that the movies Paradise Lost I and II were made about. Along with a book and several support groups including celebrities fighting for their release.

I hope they get released. What was done to them is horrible.

You know they had to have done it! They listen to Metallica and didn't get along with their parents when they were teens, what more proof do you need?

I think justice for them is long over due and can never be given in full.

it doesnt seem like there can be any justice at this point for anyone involved in this case. this was a very very terrible situation all the way around. i hope for peace for those involved though.

I think sueing the entire state + police officers who arrested them and everyone else involved. I know 20+ years of being in jail won't give them back their lives but at least they can be rich =D.

I especially feel bad for all involved. I did a paper about the West Memphis Three back in Jr. College. I got everyone in my class to donate to their case including my teacher. It's sad that they locked away them boys, who of which is mentally handicapped for that long.

I agree with both of you.. If they are released, they need compensation, but there is no way you can compensate for taking away over 20 years of a persons life.

I hope they re open the trial based on the DNA found at the scene belonging to one of the victims fathers and his best friend.

They will probably never do that though, and the murderer will continue to be free.

No matter how you look at it, it's not really justice to release them now but it's a start.

They were awarded their freedom today!!! Yayyy!!! It's about time!

19 years of being in prison for a crime they didn't commit. I can't even fathom that. I'm so glad they're free. :D
